As a leading technology company in Ningbo at Yunlong Town, Seetronic has always been committed to its social responsibility while pursuing technological innovation and excellent quality. We deeply realize that safety is the cornerstone of corporate development and the guarantee of employee’s happy life. In order to further improve the company’s fire safety management level and ensure that it can respond quickly and effectively in emergencies, the company decided to set up its own fire brigade.
Our safety awareness has been continuously improved since the regular annual all-staff fire drills. However, our General Manager Hunter Hong knows that safety is no trivial matter and prevention is the key. After the 2024 fire drill, Mr. Hong deeply felt that for everyone’s safety and the smooth operation of the company, we still need to take more powerful measures. Therefore, the company specially contacted Yunlong Town Fire Station in Yinzhou District and jointly organized a more professional fire safety knowledge learning and practical drill activities.
Government and enterprise linkage to build a common security defense
This is just the beginning of the first wave of selection for the 12 trainees. After the training and passed the assessment at Yunlong Fire Station, they also need to go through the company’s internal assessment and become pre-selected team members. In the end, the trainees who have passed the ultimate assessment will officially become a member of the distinguished fire brigade of Seetronic Ningbo and will receive an honorary letter of appointment, enjoy exclusive subsidies and shoulder the important responsibility of the company’s fire safety.
Clear responsibilities and shared burden
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the fire brigade, the company will clearly define the specific responsibilities of personnel at all levels and they will carefully plan the fire knowledge training plan and safety emergency drill arrangement for personnel in each department. Our goal is to achieve “everyone understands fire protection, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies” and to ensure that everyone in the company is proficient in basic fire safety knowledge and can skillfully operate fire extinguishers in their respective areas so as to comprehensively improve the team’s fire safety response ability.

The establishment of the fire brigade of Seetronic Ningbo marks a solid step in the field of fire safety. In the future, we will continue to strengthen cooperation with government fire department to continuously improve the comprehensive quality and emergency response capabilities of the fire brigade so as to ensure that the lives of employees and the safety of the company’s property can be quickly and effectively protected at critical situations.
