Assembly Instructions
- Strip the cable to specified dimensions.
- Grind off coating at designated positions on upper and lower housings for good earthing contact.
- Slide heat-shrink tubing over cable conductors, solder conductors to insert assembly, move heat‑shrink tubing to cover solder joints and perform heat-shrinking.
- Secure ground wire to housing by ground screw and washer.
- Pre-assemble cable clamp, fasten cable clamp to harness assembly with screws. Install plastic cable clip into lower-housing and finish full housing assembly.
Packaging Information
- Inner Bag1:1 piece 7 pin male connector assembly.
- Inner Bag2:1 piece upper 7 pin housing +1 piece lower 7 pin housing +1 set plastic cable clamps (2 pcs each of Φ10~12, Φ13~16, Φ17~20 plastic cable clamps).
- Inner Bag3:1 piece 7 pin metal cable clamp +4 pcs M4×15 cross recessed screws.
- Pack all inner bags into one large heat-seal bag and heat-seal the opening.
- Packaging Quantity:10 heat-seal bags per inner carton;5 inner cartons per outer carton.
