On January 15, a team of experts from China Entertainment Technology Association and Shanghai Musician Association visited Seetronic for an in-depth visit and exchange activity. The visit not only highlighted Seetronic’s leading position in the audio and video connector industry, but also built a bridge for in-depth cooperation between Seetronic and the industry experts to explore new opportunities for the development of the industry.
The expert team went deep into Seetronic’s modern factory and conducted on-site inspections of the company’s production line，R&D department, and mold workshop. During the visit, these experts highly praised the exquisite craftsmanship and innovative ability demonstrated by Seetronic in the field of audio and video connectors as well as it’s production level and capability.
They have also praised the investment scale and advanced equipment in the mold workshop. Seetronic has invested for the entire mold workshop of more than RMB 20 million and introduced advanced equipment such as the world-leader Sodick from Japan and Beijing Precision Engraving which provide strong support for the company’s product development and production. The assembly workshop also left a deep impression on them. At present, the assembly workshop has realized 80% automated production, basically covering all mature products that have been mass-produced. This achievement not only improves the production efficiency, but also ensures the stability and consistency of product quality. In the laboratory testing stage, Seetronic demonstrated a series of tests such as flame retardant, salt spray and tensile testing, among which the IP67 waterproof testing method got an unanimous praise from the experts present and highly recognized the strict standards in product quality control.
After which, an in-depth industry communication meeting was held in the company’s conference room. The General Manager of Seetronic, Hong Junbiao together with his colleagues expressed a warm welcome to all the guests. Likewise, Vice Director of Shanghai Municipal Performance Company, Professional Audio Group Leader and National Level 2 Recording Engineer Professor, Chi Wenzhong affirmed Seetronic’s exploratory spirit in products and the achievements it has made in the industry. He believes that Seetronic is a company that is dedicated in developing and researching connector products, and has shared numerous user scenarios to inspire everyone.
Shao Min, Secretary General of Shanghai Musicians Association, and Xu Jiang, Vice President of China Sound, Light and Vision Association Federation, also said that they had a deeper understanding of Seetronic’s products after visiting the production workshop. Even for a small product, the whole process is worth seeing and they were more assured about the precision, performance and quality of the products.
During the meeting, the industry experts had a profound discussion with Hong Junbiao on the future development of the industry and other directions. Hong Junbiao had also shared the current development status of the company. He expressed his great honor to have this opportunity for in-depth face-to-face communication with all the experts and teachers and to hear many exciting suggestions. He emphasized that Seetronic needs to establish a deep and extensive brand presence within the industry so that more users can understand and use the company’s high-quality products.
