On 17 October 2024, Ningbo Seetronic held a soldering skills competition in the assembly worksho. Among the selected judges attending the competition were Supply Chain Center Manager Hu Dianji, Assembly Workshop Leader Feng Ning, Technology Center Chief Lei Wei and Assembly Inspection Team Leader Li Limei. On the day of the competition, the participants who were also assembly workshop employees were full of energy and preparation and their faces were full of expectation and confidence. After the official start of the challenge, the participants quickly position themselves. They were very skilled. The operation was standardized and the solder joints were quickly formed in their hands showing excellent soldering skills.
During the competition, the judges strictly followed the scoring rules and conducted a comprehensive and detailed scoring of each contestant’s completion time, product quality and operation process. They carefully observe whether the appearance of each solder joint is smooth, full and burr-free, and evaluate whether the operation process of the contestants during the competition is standardized and whether the tools are used correctly. The professional judging of the judges ensures that the competition is fair, impartial and open.
After the fierce competition, the first, second and third place were finally selected. The winners have won the company’s recognition and awards with their outstanding performance and excellent results. The leaders of the company awarded honorary certificates and prizes to the winners.
