Assembly Instructions

  • Prepare the Cable: Thread the cable through the tail sleeve bushing before stripping.
  • Strip to Spec: Strip the cable jacket and shielding to the dimensions specified in the assembly diagram (16mm/6mm/4mm reference points).
  • Solder the Conductors: Solder the signal wire and shielding layer to the corresponding terminals on the inner core assembly.
  • Secure with the Clamp: Snap the cable into the wire clip for strain relief; for cables 5.5-7mm OD, break off the designated tail section of the clamp first.
  • Assemble the Housing: Push the inner core assembly into the shell, aligning the convex bar on the core with the corresponding bar on the housing.
  • Final Tightening: Once the clamp, core, and shell are assembled, tighten the tail sleeve clockwise to complete assembly.
