Assembly Instructions
- Pass cable through housing parts, strip the cable to specified dimensions.
- Slide heat-shrink tubing over each cable conductor, solder conductors to insert assembly, shift heat-shrink tubing to cover solder joints and complete heat-shrinking treatment.
- Grind off coating at designated positions on upper and lower aluminum housings for proper earthing contact.
- Fasten ground wire onto housing with ground screw and washer.
- Pre-assemble cable clamp, lock cable clamp to harness assembly with M4×15 cross-recessed screws. Install plastic cable clip into lower-housing and complete final housing assembly.
Packaging Information
- Inner Bag1:1 piece 19pin male connector assembly.
- Inner Bag2:1 piece upper 19pin housing +1 piece lower 19 pin housing +1 set plastic cable clamps (2 pcs each of Φ14~18, Φ19~24, Φ25~30 plastic cable clamps).
- Inner Bag3:1 piece19pin metal cable clamp +4 pcs M4×15 cross recessed screws.
- Pack all inner bags into one large heat-seal bag and heat-seal the opening.
- Packaging Quantity:10 heat-seal bags per inner carton;5 inner cartons per outer carton.
