Package Details:

• Packaging Method: Each unit includes an inner core, housing, black and white strain reliefs, and bushing.
• Quantity: Packaged as 1 piece per bag, 40 pieces per inner carton, and 5 inner cartons per master carton, totaling 200 pieces per master carton.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Preparation: Insert the cable through the bushing and strain relief.
2. Stripping: Strip the cable according to specified dimensions.
3. Termination: Insert the conductor into the terminal and secure with 0.5 Nm torque.
   • Wiring Colors:
     • L: Brown (VDE) / Black (UL)
     • N: Blue (VDE) / White (UL)
     • Ground: Green/Yellow (VDE) / Green (UL)
4. Insertion: Push the inner core component into the housing, aligning the strain relief’s protruding rib with the inner core’s rib and the grooves inside the housing.
5. Securing: Tighten the bushing clockwise with a torque of 2.0 Nm to secure all components together.
