Assembly Instructions:
- Preparation: Thread the cable through the bushing and strain relief.
- Cable Stripping: Strip the cable as specified in the instructions.
- Terminal Connection: Insert the cable conductors into the terminal of the inner core, securing them with a torque of 0.7 Nm.
- Final Assembly: Align the strain relief and inner core component with the housing, ensuring protruding ribs are properly matched. Tighten the boot with a torque of 2.0 Nm.
- Waterproofing: Choose the appropriate waterproof rubber ring to match the cable diameter (7-9mm or 9-11mm).
