Assembly Instructions
- Panel Cut-Out Preparation: Prepare a circular panel cutout of Ø22.50±0.1 mm to accommodate the connector body.
- Mounting Hole Alignment: Position two mounting holes on a Ø24.00±0.1 mm bolt circle, each Ø3.40±0.1 mm, spaced per the product drawing for secure fastening.
- Panel Insertion: Insert the jack from the front (or rear, per installation design) of the panel, aligning the D-shape shell with the cutout for proper orientation.
- Fastening: Secure the connector using appropriate screws through the ø3.30±0.1 mm mounting holes on the flange, or with optional spacer and nut accessories if selected.
- Wiring Connection: Connect signal wiring to the rear terminal pins, ensuring proper polarity and solder/crimp connection quality.
- Fit Check: Confirm the housing seats flush against the panel (front face dimension 26.00±0.5 mm x 31.00±0.5 mm) for a clean, secure installation.
