Assembly Instructions

  • Cable Preparation: Thread the cable through the boot, housing, and insulation tube, then strip the cable to the specified dimensions (16mm total, exposing 6mm shielding and 4mm conductor)
  • Soldering: Solder the cable conductor to the insert component and secure the shielding layer with the built-in clip
  • Component Assembly: Slide the insulation tube over the cable and snap the top cover into the assembled insert
  • Final Tightening: Tighten the housing clockwise onto the insert assembly, then tighten the boot clockwise onto the housing to complete assembly
