Packaging
- Each connector is packaged individually, containing one each of the inner core, housing, strain relief, bushing, and waterproof rubber ring.
- There are 50 units per inner carton, and 5 inner cartons per master carton, totaling 250 pieces per master carton.
Assembly Instructions
- Insert the cable through the bushing and strain relief.
- Strip the cable to the indicated length.
- Connect the conductors to the inner core terminals, tightening with a torque of 0.7 Nm.
- Push the inner core into the housing, ensuring proper alignment of ribs.
- Finalize assembly by tightening the bushing clockwise to a torque of 2.0 Nm.
Note: The product includes two sizes of waterproof rubber rings to accommodate different cable diameters, ensuring flexibility and ease of use in various applications.
