Packaging and Accessories

Assembly Instructions
- Cable Preparation : Pass the cable through the bushing and strain relief chuck before terminal assembly. For cables of 8 15 mm outer diameter, fit an inner lining block inside the bushing in advance.
- Cable Stripping : Strip the cable according to the dimensional requirement shown in the specification sheet.
- Conductor Termination : Insert the conductor into the inner core terminal following the numbered marking, then tighten cross head screw to 0.5 N·m torque.
- Component Positioning : Install assembled inner core assembly into housing; align protruding ribs of strain relief chuck, inner core and housing grooves correctly.
- Final Locking : Place connector in fixture, install tightening tool on tail sleeve and turn clockwise; torque wrench tighten to 5 N·m to complete assembly.
