ST366 规格书

Description

The ST366 is a premium metal-shell RCA plug engineered for reliable audio/video signal transmission. Featuring a durable zinc diecast housing with a knurled grip section for secure hand-tightening, the ST366 is designed for professional AV cable assembly applications where consistent contact performance and long service life are required. The connector accepts cable diameters from 4.0–6.0mm, with a compact overall length of 58mm (49.4mm to the shoulder) and a shell diameter of Φ11mm, narrowing to Φ6–7mm at the cable entry. The ST366 is available in the standard color-coded configuration (black / red / yellow) for easy channel identification in composite AV cable sets.

Key Features

  • Gold-Plated Contacts: Brass contact pins plated with 5µm gold over 5µm nickel for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance.
  • Low Contact Resistance: Contact resistance greater than 10GmΩ ensures minimal signal loss.
  • High Dielectric Strength: Rated for 1500V DC dielectric strength, supporting safe operation under electrical stress.
  • Low Contact Capacitance: ≤7pF between contacts, minimizing signal distortion at high frequencies.
  • Durable Zinc Diecast Shell: Rugged metal housing provides mechanical strength and shielding, plus a knurled section for tool-free hand tightening.
  • Long Service Life: Rated for more than 2,000 mating cycles.
  • Wide Cable Compatibility: Accepts cable diameters from 4.0mm to 6.0mm, with 16AWG signal wire and 1.5mm² power wire compatibility.

Material and Environmental Specifications

  • Shell Material: Zinc diecast for strength and durability.
  • Contact Material: Brass base with 5µm gold over 5µm nickel plating.
  • Inner Core: PBTP20%GR (glass-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate) for dimensional stability and insulation.
  • Flame Retardant Rating: UL94-HB rated inner core material.
  • Operating Temperature Range: -30°C to +80°C, suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Electroplating Standard: Manufactured to IEC 68-2-20 electroplating standards.
  • Rated Voltage: <50V, with rated current dependent on the mating connector.

Packaging and Accessories

  • Color-Coded Sets: Supplied in standard black / red / yellow configurations for straightforward composite AV channel identification.
  • Bulk or Custom Packaging: Available in bulk packaging for cable assembly production lines, with custom retail packaging options available on request.
  • OEM/ODM Support: Customer branding, labeling, and packaging can be arranged to order — please contact Seetronic for custom packaging solutions.

Assembly Instructions

  • Cable Preparation: Strip the cable jacket to expose the shield and center conductor, sized to match the ST366’s 4.0–6.0mm cable diameter range.
  • Conductor Termination: Solder or crimp the center conductor to the pin contact and the shield/ground wire to the shell, following standard RCA termination practice.
  • Shell Assembly: Thread the knurled outer shell over the terminated cable and hand-tighten to secure strain relief and housing closure.
  • Quality Check: Verify continuity and insulation resistance after assembly to confirm proper electrical connection before use.
