Assembly Instructions

  • Prepare the Cable: Route the cable through the boot sleeve and clamp before terminating.
  • Strip the Cable: Strip the cable to the specified dimensions for proper conductor exposure.
  • Solder the Connection: Solder the cable conductors to the inner core component for a secure electrical connection.
  • Attach the Clamp: Slide the clamp upward and snap it into place onto the soldered cable for strain relief.
  • Final Assembly: Screw the boot into the housing, tightening clockwise to complete a secure, weather-resistant assembly.
