SLDF4 规格书

Description

The SLDF4 is a rugged, 4-pole female speaker connector engineered for professional audio applications where reliability and durability are non-negotiable. Featuring an all-metal, nickel-plated zinc die-cast housing, the SLDF4 is built to withstand the demands of touring, live sound, and fixed installation environments.

Key Features

  • Precise Locking System: A simple yet highly precise locking mechanism ensures a secure, reliable mating connection.
  • Water-Resistant Design: Integrated sealing liners provide water resistance once the connector is fully installed.
  • High Current Capacity: Rated for 30A rms at 250V AC, supporting robust loudspeaker signal transmission.
  • Low Contact Resistance: Contact resistance of ≤ 2 mΩ ensures efficient, low-loss signal transfer.
  • Industry Standard Compliance: Manufactured to meet IEC 61984 standards for connector safety and performance.

Material and Environmental Specifications

  • Housing Material: Zinc die-cast, offering strength and structural durability.
  • Housing Plating: Nickel (Ni) plating for corrosion resistance and a polished, professional finish.
  • Contact Material: Copper (Cu) alloy contacts for excellent electrical conductivity.
  • Contact Plating: Silver (Ag) plating for enhanced conductivity and reduced contact resistance.
  • Dielectric Strength: 4 KV DC, ensuring strong insulation against electrical breakdown.
  • Insulation Resistance: > 1000 MΩ, providing excellent electrical isolation.

Packaging and Accessories

  • Individual Protection: Each connector is packed in an individual PE bag to prevent damage and contamination during transit.
  • Carton Configuration: Packed 50 pcs per inner carton and 5 inner cartons per master carton, totaling 250 pcs per master carton.
  • Standard Configuration: Shipped with no accessories included as standard; optional back fastener plate, screws, and nuts are available upon request.
  • Cable Compatibility: Designed to accommodate power cable diameters of 6 mm² (9mm–16mm outer diameter), supporting a range of cable gauges.

Assembly Instructions

  • Prepare the Cable: Feed the cable through the boot sleeve and clamp before stripping, ensuring components are in place prior to soldering.
  • Strip to Spec: Strip the cable to the specified dimensions to expose the correct length of conductor for soldering.
  • Secure the Clamp: Slide the clamp upward and snap it into place onto the soldered cable for strain relief.
  • Final Assembly: Screw the boot into the housing, tightening it clockwise, to complete a secure and weather-resistant assembly.
